Pet Policy

South Pointe at Wayside is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first pet, an additional $200 for the second and/or third pet. The pet rent is $35 monthly. Maximum 3 pets per home.
